For purchases made in store, we extend the return period to 30 days from the date our stores are reopened. You can then proceed with your return.
The return period is extended to 45 days for all purchases made online to allow you to process all transaction with peace of mind.
In addition, our transport partners are currently adapting their services to guarantee the safety of our employees and customers.
RETRIEVING PURCHASES IN STORE
If you have a package to collect in store or at a relay point, you will be able to pick it up when the situation returns to normal.
An adviser is available to help you. You can also place your order by phone, where we can advise you on the cut or size of your product.
